Just read this note from Stats.com on Yahoo’s player profile for Steven Jackson and for some reason all I could think was, where exactly do you put the needles? Ouch…
Sep 29 Jackson reported on his Twitter feed that his groin strain was feeling better after acupuncture treatment, but he’s not yet ready to practice.

On top of my Jackson’s bum thigh and if I play him this week I have to ponder if Andre Johnson will play full time against the Raiders and their shutdown corner or should I bench him??? and go with S Smith (Carolina) or D Thomas (Denver)

Who’s going to be a more productive RB week in and week out: DeAngelo Williams or Peyton Hillis?
Brandon 3:15 pm on September 30, 2010 Permalink |
Ask me again next week 🙂 I want to say DeAngelo Williams, but if he doesn’t have a solid game this weekend and Hillis has another solid showing, I may have to change my mind. It’s hard for me to say that a free agent will be more productive/consistent than a first round pick after the first three games of the season…

I hate your response because I’m having the same issue! Fully understandable though. I’m just afraid to take a gamble on Hillis but DeAngelo has done nothing.

Hah, sorry. Wish I could be more helpful. If you want to see a Peyton Hillis love-fest though to help make your decision, here are a couple guys on Twitter that are very high on him: @MN_CheapSeats and @evansilva
Interesting stats on Hillis…

BYE week filler defense – Titans or Rams?
Brandon 1:08 pm on October 1, 2010 Permalink |
I’d go with the Titans. Even with a good match-up, not sure I could stomach having the Rams as my defense 🙂
