Late round flyers

Just mentioned it in a tweet, but here are a couple names to consider towards the end of the draft when it seems everyone is doing their own thing and there isn’t as much competition for players:

QB Sam Bradford – not getting as much love as I would expect at this point, could end up with numbers similar to guys going five rounds or so ahead of him
RB Thomas Jones – solid backup numbers, doesn’t get hurt very often and is one injury from starting
WR Nate Burleson – if Stafford improves, Burleson will be benefactor
TE Aaron Hernandez – almost feel confident using him as his your starting TE, but you can snag him late as a great backup
WR Jacoby Ford – should be top receiving option on Raiders, but kickoff rule change hurts his value in return yard leagues
WR Steve Smith (both of them) – just seem to be available deep in the draft where their upside is worth the low risk
DEF Detroit – maybe I’m giving them too much credit based on their dominance of the Patriots in preseason game, but they should get plenty of sacks and pressure on QB, which could mean interceptions and fumbles too
